Shipping & Return

  • Step 1: We will send you an email to inform that your order will be delivered right away when the manufacturing process has done. A tracking code will go with the email that allow you to track your package.
  • Step 2: Please wait to receive your package. If there are any unexpected problems occur, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to get further assistance.

We advised you to record an unpackaging video and send us. If there are errors of manufacturing and delivering process, we will send you a new one.

Delivery errors are: Missing orders/ broken and damaged keycaps.

Manufacturing errors are: Lack of extra accessories such as stickers, cards or sending wrong product.

  1. After you complete the order, our system will send you an invoice with payment information, and after you pay, we will send another email to notify you that your order has been successfully placed. Your product will be started to produce.
  2. Once the production process is complete, we will send you the updated status of your order with the shipping code and shipping service so you can track your order.
  3. If there is any change, we will contact you via email or phone number to make a discussion.

The production process takes about 30 days. But we will try to ship the goods as soon as possible:

  • VN customers take about 2 – 5 days for domestic shipping.
  • International customers take about 15-30 days for international shipping.
